Heart Kids Day Out
We received a lovely thank you from the organizers of the Kids Day Out Variety Show
'This year’s Heart Kids Day Out saw talent from around the globe come together to create a magical stage show for New Zealand children and families from vulnerable backgrounds. The 25 shows around New Zealand held in February, March and April 2017 were complimentary to these families and only possible due to the generous donations received from the business community. A portion of each donation also helps Heart Kids NZ with the wonderful and essential work they do with children living with Heart conditions and their families.
See what some of the attendees had to say about the show below.'

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
