It's good to get some fresh air circulating with these hot days, but you might find your windows sticky or hard to open.
If they're aluminium windows - check the friction stays.
Like sliding door tracks you need to keep the friction stay track free from dirt and grime and keep the hinge mechanism clean. You can lubricate the metal pivot points with a little machine oil or CRC.
Conversely your window may flop open without any friction to keep it in place. If that's the case, chances are they need replacing, so give Jim a call to get them sorted. ph 0210 6988932

Do you think it should get the green light now or be revisited in 2021?

It could be a neighbour who donates time to a sports team in your neighbourhood or someone who brings your bins up the driveway every week. Maybe they’re just really unique; the neighbour who drives that bright pink car or skateboards with the kids to school each day.
Tell us why your neighbour is awesome and you could win one of four $250 Prezzy® cards (plus one for your Awesome Neighbour).
