Hey Kapiti!

My partner Braden and I are on the hunt to purchase our first home in Kapiti. We thought we would try our luck at something a little different by posting on here.

Our budget is sitting around the 500k mark and we have our loan pre-approval from the bank.

We're looking for a 2 - 3 bedroom home with a garage or decent size shed (essential for the future home Brewery). We both love the outdoors so an outdoor living area is important for us too.
