Tomatoes coming on really fast and ready to be planted directly in the ground from now on.
Other plants include:
Zucchini and Scallopini
Pumpkin - Crown, Butternut, Buttercup and Kumi Kumi
Cucumber - various types
Peas
Beans, climbing and bush (green, purple and yellow varieties) PLUS the first of the Scarlet Runners (growing so fast you can almost see it!)
Spring onions and herbs
We try to provide boxes for those buying multiple plants but we are limited for space so, if possible, please bring a suitable container for your purchases. Cloth bags are NOT suitable for tender young seedlings!

For Waikanae Beach it is the Waikanae Baptist Church in Te Moana Road and for us up in Waikanae Central, East and North it is the Waikanae Memorial Hall.
A group of us met Renee Corlett there a few weeks ago and she reiterated that there won't be lots of official looking people waiting for us at the hub in the event of a major emergency, just residents to start with! Some of us will be able to bring skills and resources, some comfort and blankets, some will desperately need help and advice....
Please do come along on Saturday 3rd December - you can be a "victim" or a helper - and find out how you can help -
It will be a great way to see how a community can work together! 😊😊😊

Product was intended to be sold only as an ingredient for use in making other foods. There is no evidence to suggest that the product is unsafe for use in normal cooking and baking at home. People who consume large amounts of poppy seeds, including by consuming poppy seed tea are the most at risk of adverse reactions.
