Seeking 3 bedroom accommodation in Upper Hutt

Hi All,
My daughter is moving back to Upper Hutt from Lower Hutt and requires a rental property for her and her girls aged 6, 11, 15. Children all go to local schools and daughter works in Hutt Valley.
She is keeping a look out on properties advertised, but very few coming available, so we have fingers crossed that maybe someone on here might be in a position to help her achieve a new place for her and her girls.

She has looking at around the $400pw price range - lower would be nice! Reference available from previous landlord.
