Petone or HERETAUNGA
One of the experienced sports hosts on TV One last night said the All Blacks preparing for the test match against Argentina at Sky Stadium, are in Petone.
Well he got the wrong city let alone the wrong suburb.
Of course the ABs have been camped in Heretaunga most of the week at the Sports Institute.
Maybe also the AB selectors got it wrong. Thousands more would have attended the match this Saturday if local star Billy Proctor had been slotted in at centre.

The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if it’s approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.
