FREE FAMILY HEALTH TALK
As a follow up to the “All Ages On the Go” Expo held last Saturday in Waikanae we have organised for a very experienced speaker to do a talk on Family Health in the KOWHAI ROOM at the KAPITI COMMUNITY CENTRE, Ngahina Street, Paraparaumu on TUESDAY (today).
If you are able to attend please arrive by 1.20pm for a 1.30pm start and a 2.30pm finish.
The talk will focus on how to maintain a healthy immune system and keys to optimising your health and the role that Colostrum plays. It will also include details of the importance of good Nutrition, Hydration and maintaining a Healthy Gut.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
