There is also a small inverter for laptops and enough solar power to run a small television. Weekly outgoings are minimal, e.g. around $10 for gas.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
