In these sessions, we will focus on improving your health, breath, balance, posture, flexibility, and mindset. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this class is perfect for anyone looking to improve their overall well-being. Classes will run in school term times only, with the first set of classes to begin in School Term 2 covering the period May 1st - July 4th 2024
