The REINZ Monthly Property Report for June 2019 is out.
Some statistics listed in the report are that the number of properties listed for sale across NZ is down 7.3% compared to the same time last year.
The median sale price in Lower Hutt is $ 569,000 up 10.5% from the same time last year.
The median sale price in Upper Hutt is $ 585,000 up 15.8% from the same time last year.

About 1000 deaths, thousands of injuries and extensive destruction from Wellington up the east coast of the North Island - this will be the result of a tsunami triggered by an 8.9 earthquake in the Hikurangi subduction zone under a scenario presented by GNS Science.
