Here it is our very last top renovation tip to improve the value of your home ...
Create curb appeal!
The greatest house in the world is still going to be hard to sell if you can’t get people in the door. As the saying goes first impressions last; creating curb appeal, or a desirable entryway is one of the best ways to add value or help sell your home. A prospective buyers first memory of the house is often the one that sticks and a little can go a long way in this area of the property. The first thing to do is make sure any garden or lawn areas are looking great; make sure they’re tidy, adding plants to the front of the home can really liven it up. Painting the entrance way is one of the best ways to blow the cobwebs off the front of the house. Painting the entrance door a bold colour can really make your house stand out, just be careful not to go for something too ‘interesting’.
So Neighbours if you are looking to sell we hope these tips help you!

But what the Colin Williams story failed to say was that this upsurge was inflated to some extent on the back of the effects of the earthquake on Lower Hutt and its Westfield Mall . The Westfield Mall was more than "cut "in half and its movies complex decimated. This also had a marked affect on shoppers steering clear of the mall which totally dominates retailing in the Hutt Valley and beyond.
There was a time late last year when on occasions Upper Hutt's Main Street CBD was car-filled and almost seething with pedestrians.
So don't expect this to linger to the extent it reached pre-Xmas 2016 but some momentum could be maintained if the UHCC got serious in re-inventing the CBD
