I have 2 females and 1 male, all in there own hutches. Free. All just under a year old. One of the hutches is quite big, so would need a trailer and a bit of muscle. 0210664418 Te Puna.

Last year saw a national shortage of Swan plants, the main diet of Monarch caterpillars, causing a large number of the population to be wiped out.
Yates is getting behind the drive to avert a similar crisis this year by giving away various free butterfly friendly seeds including Yates new Butterfly Field Mix seeds between 1st and 14th October. Just register here during this time to receive your packet of seeds.
A national planting day will be held on 20th October. Plant a Swan plant or other butterfly friendly plants in your garden, in your neighbour’s garden, at school, in your local community garden – and let’s help Monarch butterflies flourish.
National Gardening Week aims to foster a love of gardening with a focus on growing not only plants but friendships, good health, strong communities and closer connections with nature.

I have started a FB group for family members and close friends of those that have cancer. My husband was diagnosed with leukemia 6 months ago and I have found that there are lots of groups for those with cancer but not much for family members who are also on the cancer journey. If you have a family member or very close friend with cancer, please feel free to join us. We have started last night (so we need some members) but we want to build a national online community and eventually organise some real life catch ups in various cities and towns.

Hi Everyone, the people we had organised for gardening seem to have disappeared so we urgently need someone who can help with weeding and small tidying up but would be ongoing. So if there is someone reliable out there, could you please let us know. Thank you!!
