Last weekend, my husband and I were shopping over at New World, at Gate Pa and when we returned to our somewhat new vehicle, there was a shopping cart within millimetres of scraping the side, and thankfully it wasn't a windy day. My husband found Eric's business card on the windscreen with a note on the back, telling us of what he witnessed and the registration number of the vehicle of the person who left the trolley there and got into the back seat of the car.
Thank you so much once again Eric, for being the kind and decent person you are!

The same damage can also be caused by chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
We bought our very expensive lounge furniture about two years ago and my wife's chair (photo attached) is badly stained from a blood pressure pill.
This was not of course mentioned to us at the time of purchase which we think should have been done as this problem is commonly known in the furniture industry and warranties on furniture do NOT cover this type of damage. The chair in question has now been re-sprayed in a dark brown colour and we are hoping this problem will not reoccur but only time will tell.
If you are considering purchasing any lounge furniture in the future please be aware of this problem and steer clear of leather.

This is not a DIY product but a service as the glass refurbishment & protection process can take up to 3 to 4 hours to complete and involves upto 6 products to achieve the desired result.
Unfortunately I do hear a lot of dissatisfaction from Customers who have used DIY products as they have not been true to advertising and don't do the job. They maybe okay on new glass, less than 1 year old but this is short term. The big problem is they don't seal the pores of the glass and so contaminants progressively bond to these pores so reducing glass clarity over time. First the glass surface goes from smooth to rough, then water spots develop and then a white haze develops on the glass.

Now more than ever, the fern seems to best capture the spirit of our country. If we look to our Māori roots, we are reminded of the twist or pikorua which resembles two intertwined pikopiko ferns - a fern known for thriving in dark, damp areas of our woods. A reminder that difficult conditions can actually be an opportunity for tremendous growth.
The entanglement of the pikorua also has no beginning or end which is often used to represent an everlasting bond. Although we are all on our own path in life, in the end we always come back together - we are all connected through our interwoven lives.
