Citywide revaluation - 10 days left to make an objection to your new rating valuation
Last year we revalued all properties in Tauranga for rating purposes, as we have to do, by law, every three years. Homeowners received their new valuation notices early December 2018. If you feel your new valuation doesn’t reflect the value of your property (excluding chattels) at 1 July 2018, you have 10 days left to lodge an objection (online, via email or post) - objections close on Friday 25 January 2019.
