You have until Thursday (10 Oct) to have your say on the draft dangerous buildings policy. This policy gives council a way of dealing with buildings that are considered under the Building Act to be dangerous or insanitary for their occupants, neighbours or passers-by. Should we change anything to make the policy more effective? Find out what to do if you have concerns about a building, and have your say on the proposed policy changes at www.tauranga.govt.nz... by Thursday.

Have your say on our draft Naming Policy. Among other changes, we’re proposing to add some provisions in the policy to encourage locally significant Māori names for streets, reserves, community facilities and other public places in Tauranga. If you participated in our survey earlier this year, your feedback has been taken into account but we’re now keen to get your thoughts on the full content and wording of the draft policy. Have your say!
This is our Third and final cleanup on this property, from now we have the job to maintain. It’s such a joy to help people get their love back for their gardens and property.
