Guy Fawkes and your pets
Guy Fawkes can be a scary time for many animals. This Thursday evening, please make sure your dog is secure on your property and if possible, keep them inside your house or garage.
If you can, stay home with your pet as they are less likely to be stressed with someone they trust close by.
Turn up the TV or radio, close windows and draw the curtains so that they won't see the bright flashes and bangs from the fireworks. Familiar sounds and comforts will keep them happy.

This is what greeted workers at Brookfield Sallies yesterday morning. All of it looks like it should have gone straight to the tip, which is what the Sallies will now have to pay to do. Surely whoever does this has no conscience. The Sallies do an amazing job of helping people in times of need and they don't need to be spending any money they receive on doing your dirty work, especially at this time of year.
