At a time when we are unfortunate enough to have a totally disfunctional local council we have no means of venting our frustration.
Outside administrators are the obvious answer,which means goodbye to democracy.
The SWDC should invest in The pudding and sweet making Industry,it would make the ratepayers a fortune.
BECAUSE EVERY THING IT TOUCHES TURNS TO CUSTARD.
