HNZ properties within WDs

Georgina from Wattle Downs

Whether you're a home owner or private renter, there's not much difference in living in a HNZ property. Whether or not HNZ is looking for properties, I take my hat off to all those home owners willing to lay their house out for those in need. One person in particular on this post stated 'But how can they afford 550 + in this area.. Really?! Private rentals in this area is shocking compared to most homes I've just viewed over the North Shore, yet don't get that sort of attitude over there than here. Now I can see it's not all roses here in WDs and as the saying goes 'Never judge a book by its cover'.
