Come along and check it out. It offers an alternative self-practise to help create and maintain balance emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
Spring Forest Qigong is a very effective practise of simple movements, mental focus, breathing and meditation.
No experience necessary and open to people of all ages & abilities.

Join us in these ‘FREE DURING LOCKDOWN’ short, 35 to 45 min classes, focusing on the 5 Elements to learn and experience how Spring Forest Qigong can have a positive impact on your well-being.

Tuesdays and Saturdays at 9.30am.
