Please do not allow money or financial consideration to influence your decision to learn Conscious Connected Breathing.
The key question is: Are you drawn to investigate and improve your breathing?
If yes, then talk to me about how we manage that. Reciprocity for tuition is important.
Getting you breathing better is important to me too.

Mandatory attendance on Friday evening if doing the weekend workshop.
For further details, or to discuss any of the above, please call Jefferson on 027 525 0035 or Email; jeffersonwayne@gmail.com

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
