Mature couple looking for rental

phill clark from Orewa

Hi all , my name is Shane and me and my girlfriend are looking for a rental on the coast . I am a local business owner and my partner works in the corporate world in the city . We were renting in browns bay but the home owner wanted to renovate so we moved in to one of our rentals in Ellerslie but are looking to get back up to the coast. I am 36 and Samantha is 30, we are very respectful and responsible and are never late with payment, ever!. We do have pets tho, we have one extremely lovely and house trained staffy and a couple of beautiful British short hair cats . The dog comes to work with me every day and the cats take care of themselves. We own our own houses so we know what it's like to be a landlord so will take amazing care of your property. If you have something of interest please feel free to contact me on 0211941411 thanks .

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
