On Saturday 26 August at the Matakana Weekend Market that is held in the Matakana Community Hall from 10am to 2pm Tracy of Golden Reiki (in the Wayby Valley) offers 30 minute sessions of Reiki for only $35. Tracy is a Reiki Master and Teacher. If you would like to come along and try a Reiki session, you will be most welcome. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
