The Orewa JP's will be moving on the 1st April 2019 to a new location (to be advised) while the Citzen Advice Bureau is renovated by the Auckland Council.

The JP's will continue to maintain their current service, days and hours but would like the loan of three office screens for the period 1 April to 31 July 2019 inclusive. All care will be taken and the screens will be returned on completion. The JP service is completely voluntary and we have no funds to purchase screens in the interim. Any help with the loan of these screens would be very much appreciated. Please contact Frank 021 761 161 if you can assist.

Escape the rat race and enhance your quality of life. Near to fashionable and beautiful Matakana, amazing beaches at our doorstep, extremely fresh air, a lot of good places to go jogging, and only an hour's commute from Auckland.

Medium-size clean and bright sunny room with sea view in well-maintained 2 bedroom house (no TV) with sea-facing deck and large garden on quiet street. Possibility of larger room by negotiation.
In the area: Matakana cinema, markets, cafes 13mins; supermarkets 12mins; Snells Beach shops 3mins; Scandrett Regional Park 3mins.

Looking for a female, mature, responsible, open-minded flatmate with a sense of humour, to live with a female writer/teacher and a white cat.

I like to live with flatmates in a way where we respect each others' privacy but can also share a meal, a laugh and a cup of tea/glass of wine when the occasion arises. It's also important for me to live with someone who has empathy towards animals, as I have a beautiful dainty white cat.

Fully furnished including washing machine, dryer etc, free furniture available for room if desired.

Internet, power and water bills to be split 50/50, generally around $85/month.

Gallery Two Estuary Arts Centre
9 February to 10 March 2019

Opening function and meet the artist Friday 22 February from 5pm to 7pm

Born in England, David now lives on the North Shore. Trained as an astrophysicist at London and Leicester Universities, David has worked as a physics teacher for many years in the Middle East, Australia, the UK and New Zealand.
He began painting seriously in acrylics several years ago and has exhibited in galleries in Scotland and New Zealand. David's paintings are inspired by his interests in science and his work stretches from realism, through whimsical to surreal reflection. His work often suggests a story behind the image on the canvas, and his landscapes are inspired by the imaginary extensions of the real world.

David has exhibited in Scotland at the Seagull Gallery, Castle gallery and 18-East Gallery, and in Auckland at Lakehouse and Northart gallaries as well as Estuary Arts Centre.
