Did you know 109-year-old Lena Walker?

Denise Piper Reporter from The Bay Chronicle

Bay resident Lena Walker, believed to be the oldest living Kiwi who was born in New Zealand, has died in her Haruru Falls rest home, aged 109. Her death comes just weeks after her jubilant 109th birthday.
I was privileged to sit down and talk with Lena shortly before her birthday. Did you know her? Or do you know anyone who might come close to her age?
