A well maintained cute centrally located 2 bedroom country cottage in the heart of Lincoln.
Hi my name is Abi, and I'm looking for a person to rent my spare room. The room is a good size and located towards the front of the house. It can be furnished (Additional $15 per week) or unfurnished.
The facilities include a recently modernised kitchen, a wood burner and heat pump in the sitting room. Netflix and unlimited internet is available.
I have a friendly old dog called Zoe and a cat called Maddie as well as chickens, so you need to enjoy animals.
I am within easy reach (2 minutes walk) of local shops including post shop, takeaways, library, doctors, bus stops and schools. New World supermarket and Uni is approx 1 km away.
A cleaner comes in once a fortnight so no housework to do but would prefer someone who is willing to mow the lawns on a regular basis.
The room is available from 24/12/19 but viewings are welcome from 12/12/19.
