Fermented Vegetables Made Easy
Workshop - Thursday, 16th July, 6.30pm - 8.30pm
at Riverside Community Cultural Centre, 289 Main Road Lower Moutere. $20 per person.
This 2 hour workshop will demystify the techniques of fermentation and empower you to go home and let it bubble. We will use commonly available vegetables and other ingredients to create delicious and nourishing condiments.
