Unwanted mirror

Reinhard from Mapua

I bought a mirror 1,000 x 900mm without doing the measuring first. It's now sitting in our garage waiting for somebody who can use it.
I paid $ 133.80 for it, but any serious offer is considered.
You can have a look at it in Mapua, send me a message with your phone number and I contact you.

$640,000+GST (if any) as a Going Concern
Entering the house from Commercial Street, there is a small front deck which has one single double room off it - this is called 'Wharariki'. Through the front door there are two rooms which are called 'Tukurua' & 'Anatoki'. These three rooms sleep semi permanent guests for seven months of the year who are orchard workers. There is one other room which sleeps five called 'Rototai' and is used for other guests. A total of 18 guests.
The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is spacious & is comfortable. The kitchen has recently been painted with two sinks, two gas hobs, one rangehood & a double oven, two fridges & freezers with a large pantry in the corner. There are plenty of cupboards.
There are two bathrooms both with walk in shower, toilet & vanity unit. There is a third smaller shower room with separate toilet in the laundry at the end of the hall way.
Outside, there is a large covered deck which overlooks the back garden area. There is also a separate games room which houses the pool table & TV.
The back garden area is large. At the bottom of the garden is a caravan which sleeps four and another mobile unit (ex horse float!) which has a double bed.
There is a one bedroom managers accommodation with a fenced in small private garden. This has a renovated kitchen, (no cooker), living area, double bedroom & a small bathroom with shower.
The owners have recently double glazed windows through the main house as well as in the managers accommodation. The property is on mains sewerage and has a bore/well for water supply.
