With Riverside Milk's June Special ($1.50/litre) in full swing, we have some ideas on how to make full use of this special offer!
Why not try your hands at making some cottage cheese, quark, labneh, butter milk, butter, paneer and more? Find all the instructions on our website!
Please note that most of the recipes on our web page require non-heat treated, RAW milk (Riverside Milk). Do NOT use pasteurised (or/and homogenised) milk as it will in most cases either rot or result in less than desirable outcomes.
(The Ministry of Primary Industries advises the following: ‘Raw milk may contain microorganisms that can cause serious illness. To reduce the risk of illness, raw milk should be heated to at least 70 degree Celsius for one minute. This is critical for infants, young children, the elderly, pregnant women and people with weakened immune systems.’ )
