Regular practice of Mindfulness may help you to manage stress, stop constantly battling your mind, feel more balanced and calm. Mindfulness is an effective way of increasing your ability to deal wisely with the difficult and stressful times in your lives.

Time: 7.15 pm - 8.45 pm
Finishing: Thursday 13 June
Venue: Meeting room of the Richmond town hall
