Dana Wiblin​, of Blenheim, has had melanoma removed twice in two decades, and said she would go under the knife again to beat the aggressive skin cancer.

"I got to walk out of hospital. Thousands more don't get to leave. And I'm alive to tell the story. The scar doesn't bother me, as long as I get to see my kids grow up," she said.
