Couple of hours tree pruning

Anyone experienced in pruning fruit trees we have four trees that need some TLC and we don’t know how to prune them ready for Spring / Summer?
Happy to pay someone to come over next weekend if your interested... please message me ( really need someone experienced if that’s ok don’t want to offend anyone!) please message me we are in Kaiapoi.
