I appears that a local cat has opened the bag and spread the dirty contents over a small area. The council have done a great job and cleaned it up for you. In the rubbish was an envelope with an address on it. I assume the council will take the necessary action. Just a side note, we do not want dirty low life people like you in our area so please keep away for the health and safety of our neighbors. Thank you.

Also someone suggested to put him on the unemployment benefit as its easier to get entry level jobs through WINZ?? Not overly keen on this as don't want him to have any excuse to sit on his bum!! Half problem is that he has no idea what he wants to do so any opinions/ideas gratefully received!!
