Just wanted to thank all those who helped on Friday when my husband was accidentally bowled over by a couple of dogs in the Rangiora dog park. His femur is broken just above the knee and he is now in Chch hospital awaiting surgery. Thanks again for staying to help until the ambulance arrived.

Does anyone know how to make bread in their bread maker that isn't stale the next day? I've tried Binn Inn mixes as well as starting from scratch, wrapping loaf in sealed bag and it's almost inedible next day! What is the secret ??
