Buddhist teaching on mind transformation

Kia Ora all, on Friday evening 6th March 7 - 9pm and Saturday 10am - 12 noon then 2pm - 4pm, Geshe Dhonam, a Tibetan Buddhist Monk will be in Wellington to teach on Mind Transformation. Explore how we can change our perspective – how we see ourselves and others and how we can deal with difficult situations. This is for Buddhists and non- Buddhists. It will be helpful for all.
There is no charge for these teaching, although donation would be appreciated.
The teachings will be held at the Quaker Centre, Moncrieff Street, Wellington.
