A couple of months ago, I held 3 free introductory beginner's workshops - they filled within a day or two.
Many people missed out, and I have received several requests to hold another one. So, I'm doing it again! :)
Join me for the next round of free introductory beginner's yoga classes at Paremata Boat Club.
There are two free classes available - 9:15am or 6:00pm, Tuesday 17th of October.
