Short term tenancy available from beginning of october till mid december. Know of anyone who is keen to rent in our Paremata, Porirua area? Amazing views though and right by the water side. Close to public transport into the city. Fully furnished! $300 rent and $50 for internet and power charges. The tenancy would suit persons relocating or inbetween houses.
