Has anyone observed general trend in Supermarket Milk getting spoilt before expiry date
Our milk comes mostly as Value Standard Milk 3l from PacknSave Porirua. Of late, we are seeing milk curdling up while heating up when about a week old in the Fridge but still about 3-5 days from expiry date.
We first thought, our Fridge was not cooling enough. That does not seem to be the case. Definitely not affecting anything else. Tried with a Value Standard Milk 2l bottle and had the same fate. And happened once more with a 3 litre milk bottle from a different store.
Just trying to figure out, if this is a wider problem.
