Most New Zealand honey varieties are unique to New Zealand as these plants grow nowhere else in the world.
We now stock Rewarewa honey, also known as New Zealand honeysuckle.
This tree has red bottle brush like flowers and reddish wood and sap. The honey is rich with a reddish tinge and has high levels of peroxide-based antibiotic and anti-oxidant activity.
