STV versus FPP for Porirua
Tonight, Porirua City Council will decide whether the next Local elections will be under the existing system of STV (Single Transferable Vote) or switch to FPP (First Past the Post). There would have been only two changes to the current council under FPP, and STV allows your vote, your voice, to go a little further.
