MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS
6 WEEK COURSE STARTING THIS TUESDAY AT 6:30PM in the front meeting room at the PARUA BAY COMMUNITY CENTRE. $15 per class or $75 for a concession for all 6 classes. Please feel free to bring a cushion or mat. Chairs will be available. I don't have Eftpos so cash or advanced bank transfer only. PM me for bank details. I look forward to see you there.
