SPORTS GRANTS OFFER
The Lions Club of Kapiti offers two grants, each of $1000, to assist young sportspersons to further their sporting aspirations and skills. Applicants must be between 14 and 20 years of age as at December 2019 and reside in the Kapiti District (Paekakariki to Otaki inclusive) but Horowhenua sportspersons who have represented the Kapiti area are also eligible. Applications must be submitted on the official form and follow the guidelines, copies of which are available from President.kapiti@lionsclubs.org.nz . The main criteria is that applicants are already competing at a national or international level. Applicants should consult the guidelines for entry early in order the give their referees sufficient time to prepare supporting material.
Applications accompanied by supporting material will only be accepted on the official forms
Closing date for applications is Tuesday April 30
