Keep up to date on our sports grounds
Our parks team are out daily monitoring the conditions of our 16 sports grounds. Sometimes we will close fields during the week if the weather is bad, but it’s all about protecting them from damage and giving them a better chance of being kept open for games on the weekend.
Want to stay on top of our sports ground statuses? All weekday changes are updated on our website www.kapiticoast.govt.nz...
Or you can add your regular sports grounds on the Antenno app and be notified if the status of your local sports ground changes www.kapiticoast.govt.nz...
For weekend cancellations due to weather conditions, contact your sports club or association, or listen to Newstalk ZB cancellations.
