Any Objections to recent Property Valuation by this Friday

Revaluation objections period closing
Last month Kāpiti ratepayers heard from Quotable Value (QV) with updated valuations for their properties.
These reflect the likely selling price, excluding chattels, at the revaluation date of 15 August 2020.

If you don’t agree with your updated valuation you can lodge an objection with QV until this Friday, 4 December 2020.
