Electra Business Awards Free Information Evening, 27 March 5.30-7pm

In 2011 Tuatara Brewery won the Electra Business Awards Business of the Year. For them, like many other businesses over the 23 years the awards have been running, the journey began by attending the FREE INFORMATION EVENING. Over an hour and a half you will get to hear from some previous winners, meet the awards' judges, eat some delicious food and of course enjoy a Tuatara!

The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if it’s approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.
