The Te Papa peninsula, from the city centre through to Greerton, is well placed to support the growth of our city. It already has existing infrastructure, a range of services and activities, significant employment hubs and schools, and a mix of housing. That’s why we’re starting in the Te Papa peninsula to enable more people to live in this area, with more compact forms of housing, community spaces, retail and other businesses.
