COVID-19 level 4 update
"The lights will still work, your water will still run, your toilet will still flush, and your calls will still be answered."
That is the message from Tauranga Mayor Tenby Powell, as our city along with the rest of the country prepares to self-isolate to fight the spread of COVID-19.
Our focus is on the public’s long-term welfare and the city’s key infrastructure. Tonight at 11.59pm the nation will move to alert level 4. We will also be moving our focus and workforce to supplying the essential services our communities rely on.
To find out how our services, facilities, venues and events will be impacted by COVID-19 visit our website:

Stay safe and be kind. We'll all get through this together.
