House needed ASAP --- Rural Ohauit/Welcome Bay Area
Hi, we are a couple (mid 40s) needing to move from our current rental due to renovation and sale. No kids but we do have 2 house trained cats. We are seeking a rural house or fitted out shed etc with 2-3 bedrooms. Being warm and dry is first priority with a good internet connection available. Move in date can be flexible but we are very keen to take action. Current landlord available for excellence reference. Happy to help out round the place if needed.
Prefered location somewhere up Ohauiti / Welcome bay rural area
