Around New Zealand, people are enjoying the many benefits of practising Taoist Tai Chi™ arts of health in the friendly atmosphere of our volunteer, non-profit organisation. We invite you to experience one of our classes for yourself and discover a genuine path for health and tranquility. Beginner classes are held at St Pauls Church, 242 Dickson Road, Papamoa Beach on Wednesday evenings 5.30pm and Friday mornings 9am. Classes also held in Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Katikati, Te Puke and Pukehina. All ages and fitness levels welcome.
