Hi. The cat in the pictures has suddenly appeared at my house on Damien place and made itself at home. Not sure why as I haven't invited it in as my cat might object.

There is one, max 2 carparks for small cars with the flat. No garage. (Visitors can park on a Public carpark opposite the driveway.)
The area is quiet and friendly and we will prefer tenants with a quiet lifestyle. Very suitable for elderly person/couple or working couple. Central but quiet. Close to town, hospital can bike and bus.
Rent is 395$ a week incl water and rubbish.

I'm interested to hear from anyone who has a small to medium dog that is happy to have someone join them for a walk (no power wakers please), say once a week if of distance to 9th Ave, otherwise happy to meet up a couple of times a week if nearby. My aim is to gain knowledge and confidence again about caring for a dog before I approach someone to take on the responsibility. Diane
