Flat to let in Avenues 2 bedroom no garage
Our rental flat is going to be vacant end of this month.
It is warm and sunny and was renovated with new paint, carpet, vinyl 2 years ago. It has a sunny little courtyard.
The flats are attached to each other along a driveway. (Bus at end of drive).
There is one, max 2 carparks for small cars with the flat. No garage. (Visitors can park on a Public carpark opposite the driveway.)
The area is quiet and friendly and we will prefer tenants with a quiet lifestyle. Very suitable for elderly person/couple or working couple. Central but quiet. Close to town, hospital can bike and bus.
Rent is 395$ a week incl water and rubbish.
Will post more photos soon!
Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝
